淡水溺水的直接和间接肺损伤的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 用 Carlens 管隔开两组狗(每组7条)的左右支气管,向右侧肺灌入自来水25ml/kg 以模拟淡水溺水。Ⅰ组动物灌水15min 后处死,从右侧肺观察到淡水溺水的直接肺损伤。光镜下肺泡、肺泡管扩张,肺泡壁断裂;电镜下可见血气屏障的损伤。Ⅱ组动物灌水5h 后处死,左侧肺代表淡水溺水的间接肺损伤。光镜下可见肺组织充血、水肿;电镜下未见血气屏障的突出表现。本实验证实了淡水溺水间接肺损伤的存在,并从病理上观察到其与直接肺损伤的区别。
