比较研究了长翅草螽Conocephaluslongipennis与鼻优草螽Euconocephalusnasutus精子的超微结构。两种精子的顶体复合体侧生于核上且包裹了核的一部分 ;轴丝为典型的 9+ 9+ 2型 ;轴丝两侧的副纤维结构前者为 2副体 ,后者为 2副微管 ;线粒体衍生体横切面前者为鞋履形 ,后者卵圆形 ;轴丝与线粒体衍生体之间的连接带前者为5条 ,后者 3条 ;
The aim of this study was to find out differences in the ultrastructure of the spermatozoa between Conocephalus longipennis and Euconocephalus nasutus. Spermatozoa of both species were examined by transmission electron microscopy after double fixation of live material in glutaric-aldehyde and osmic acid. Their acrosomal complexes lay laterally on the flat nucleus and partially embrace it. The axoneme was a typical 9+9+2 pattern. Two lateral additional fibrous structures are accessory bodies in the former, and accessory tubules in the latter. Cross-sections of mitochondrial derivatives were sole-shaped in the former and oval in the latter, moreover crystallizations were different in each species. The number of connecting bands between mitochondrial derivatives and axoneme were five in the former, and three in the latter. Two flat membranous cisterns close to mitochondrial derivatives are connected in Conocephalus longipennis.
