文章深入分析了海尔战略的成功之处以及现阶段战略选择中所存在的问题 ,阐明了海尔在调整期应采取稳定的战略。文章力求对我国企业的战略管理有所帮助。
This paper thoroughly analyses the success of Haier's development strategy and problems in present strategic selection,expounds that Haier should adopt stable strategy in the period of regulation.It tries to give a lot of help to the strategic management of our country's enterprises.
