摘要 血管内皮成长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是1989年Ferrara等[1]从牛垂体滤泡星状细胞的体外培养液中首先纯化出来并命名的.经测序和基因分析发现,与血管通透因子(Vascular permeability factor,VPF)为同一基因家族的同系.
