小儿全麻下呼吸抑制原因的临床探讨(附14例分析)

Clinical Study on the Causes of Respiratory Inhibition in Children under General Anesthesia

我院1980年1月至1989年12月实施的小儿全麻615例中出现呼吸抑制14例,发生率为2.28％,明显高于有关的临床报道(0.34％),现就其发生的主要原因进行临床探讨。临床资料14例中,男10例,女4例。1岁以下3例,

14 cases of respiratory inhibition out of pediatric anesthesia under the age of 14 were studied.The result revealed that thecause was mainly related to anatomicphysiological characteristics of the respiratory system of children,inappropriate choice ofcombined medication,over-dose,concentrated and hasty medication,operation sites and pathological state of children.It ispointed out that in order to prevent the children under general anesthesia from respiratory inhibition,it is necessary to adminsterthe combined drugs rationally.The narcotics should be injected at intervals in small dosage and attention be paid to the intervalsof medication and speed of injection.
