平顶山市2013-2017年从业人员健康体检X射线透视结果

X-ray fluoroscopy results of health checkups of employees in Pingdingshan City from 2013 to 2017

目的通过分析行业体检胸部X射线透视阳性结果,了解平顶山市食品和公共卫生从业人员健康状况及X射线透视辐射防护情况,为X射线透视在行业体检中发挥更大的作用提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2013—2017年平顶山市从业人员X射线胸部透视阳性结果,用描述性流行病学方法统计分析。结果 2013—2017年共体检72 020人,阳性人数1 456例,阳性率为2.02%,其中检出活动性肺结核78例,阳性率为0.11%(78/72 020)。活动性肺结核阳性率各年间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.928,P=0.920),不同性别(χ~2=12.268,P﹤0.001)、年龄(χ~2=346.204,P﹤0.001)和文化程度(χ~2=14.629,P﹤0.001)之间阳性率差异均有统计学意义,表现为男性、≥60岁年龄组、初中文化程度人群阳性率较高。结论进一步规范从业人员的健康体检工作,合理应用X射线检查,提高活动性肺结核的检出率,有效遏制肺结核通过从业人员传播的途径,为人民群众的健康保驾护航。

Objective Through the analysis of chest X-ray fluoroscopy in the industry medical examination to understand the health status of food and public health workers in Pingdingshan City and the situation of X-ray fluoroscopy radiation protection in order to provide a scientific basis for X-ray fluoroscopy to play a greater role in the industry medical examination.Methods The positive results of chest X-ray findings of practitioners in Pingdingshan City from 2013 to 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,and statistical analysis was performed by using descriptive epidemiology.Results A total of 72,020 physical examinations were conducted between 2013 and 2017,with 1,456 positive cases and the a positive rate was 2.02%.Among them,78 cases of active tuberculosis were detected with the positive rate of 0.11%(78/72 020).There was no statistical significance in the difference of positive rate of active tuberculosis between years(χ~2=0.928,P=0.920).The difference in positive rate between gender(χ~2=12.268,P<0.001),age(χ~2=346.204,P<0.001)and education level(χ~2=14.629,P<0.001)was statistically significant.The positive rate was higher in males,≥60 years old,with junior high school education.Conclusions There is a great need to fFurther standardize the health medical examination work of employees,apply the X-ray examination reasonably,increase the detection rate of active tuberculosis,curb the spread of tuberculosis through practitioners effectively,and protect the health of communities.
