摘要
本品以绿鳍马面鲀Cantherines modlestus (Gunther)加工剔除出的非食用部分——排骨为原料,经酶水解、精制、干燥而成。与英国OXOID用胰酶水解干酪素制得的L_(42)胰蛋白胨,从一般理化分析,氨基酸(包括色氨酸)含量测定,微生物学应用方面进行了对比,并阐述了分析、试验方法、分析结果与应用效果。
This product is prepared by the methods of enzyme water solution, from the spareribs (the unedible waste part of the fish in the process).This paper makes a comparison of the product with L_(42) of OXOID (made in England) in the aspects of routine physical and chemical tests, the amino acid content measurement and microbiological appliance. And also the test and analysis methods, the results and the application effectiveness are stated.
