摘要
本文主要论述依据柴油机热平衡原理,为了降低耗油率和获得低压蒸汽,对6135G型柴油机所进行的高温冷却台架试验。试验结果表明,当柴油机处于90%的标定负荷的工况时,冷却系统出口水温从50℃提高到115℃,节油率可达7.04%,并可获得低压蒸汽48公斤/小时。文中还就此试验结果进行了分析和提出在生产上予以应用的方案以及可能取得的经济效益。
This is a report of the block test of cooling at a higher temperature on the type 6135 G Diesel engine, The purpose is to obtain low pressure steam and so according to the heat balance principle to reduce oil consumption rate.When the Diesel is under the work condition of 90% rated load, the temperature of the water outled from cooling system will rise from 50℃ to 115℃. The oil-saving rate may reach 7.04%. About 48 kg/h low-pressure steam will be obtainable.Also in this paper, an analysis of the test is made; a project assumed in practical utilization and its economic benefit are discussed.
