摘要
本文介绍了Y-LX型射搅增氧机的增氧原理和特点——无减速箱、水泵等附加设备,结构简单、轻巧;主要技术参数:增氧能力1550~3931克氧/时、适用池塘面积5~10亩、动力效率987~2504克氧/千瓦·时等。同时对该机的增氧效果从三个角度进行了测试:1.无氧水测定动力效率;2.中午开机测定提水、搅拌等能力;3.下半夜开机测定增氧速率。其结果与YL-780型叶轮式、Y-SL型射流式增氧机进行了比较,增氧能力、动力效率不但优于以上二种增氧机,而且超过目前国内使用的其它同功率机种的增氧机。
This paper states the basic aeration principle of the system and its particularity—no such accessory equipments as speed-down case, pump etc. So the system is simple in construction, light in weight. The main technical specifications are as follows:Aeration Capacity 150—3931 g/hEffective Area 5—10 muPower Efficiency 987—2504 g/kw·hThe aeration effect was tested from three angles: (1) The power effeciency in oxygen-free water; (2) The capacities of water elevation and stirring measured at midday; (3) The oxygen-enriched rate measured at mid-night. The results obtaindd show that it not only has the advantages over the model YL-780 impeller and Y-SL jet aerator in aeration capacity and power efficiency, but surpasses other types with same power used in our country for the present.
