舒肝解郁胶囊联合电针疗法治疗抑郁症临床研究

Clinical Analysis on Shugan Jieyu Capsules Combined with Electroacupuncture Therapy for Depression

目的:探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合电针治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将80例抑郁症患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组单纯采用电针疗法治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗;2组疗程均为3周,观察比较2组临床总有效率及汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)评分变化。结果:治疗后总有效率实验组为95.00%,对照组为77.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗1、2、3周,2组HAMD、SDS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P <0.05),且实验组各时间点的HAMD、SDS评分较对照组下降更显著(P <0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合电针疗法治疗抑郁症效果显著,疗效优于单纯电针治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with electroacupuncture therapy for depression. Methods:Divided 80 cases of patients with depression into the experiment group and the control group randomly,40 cases in each group. The control group received the simple electroacupuncture therapy,while the experiment group additionally received Shugan Jieyu capsules. The course of treatment for both groups lasted for 3 weeks. Observed and compared changes of the clinical total effective rate and scores of Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) of patients in both groups. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00% in the experiment group and 77.50% in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). In the 1st,2nd and 3rd weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMD and SDS in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores of HAMD and SDS in the experiment group were decreased more significantly than those in the control group at each time point(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with electroacupuncture therapy has significant effect in treating depression,and its clinical effect is better than that of simple electroacupuncture therapy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
