香茶花芽汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Xiangcha Huaya Tang for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Spleen-stomach Deficiency Type

目的:观察香茶花芽汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:将100例确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾胃虚弱型)的患者随机分为2组各50例,治疗组给予香茶花芽汤煎剂治疗,对照组给予胃复春片治疗,治疗6月后观察疗效。结果:临床疗效治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组72.0%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组证候积分情况分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),提示2组对改善患者临床症状都具有较好的效果。2组间在改善患者胃脘胀满、疼痛、大便稀溏、纳差、恶心呕吐、嗳气反酸等方面比较,治疗组积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),但是对于改善患者气短症状方面比较,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:香茶花芽汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效显著。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiangcha Huaya tang for chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) of spleen-stomach deficiency type. Methods:Divided 100 cases of patients who were diagnosed with CAG of spleen-stomach deficiency type into two groups randomly,50 cases in each group. The treatment group received the decoction of Xiangcha Huaya tang, while the control group received Weifuchun tablets. The treatment for both groups lasted for 6 months.Observed the clinical effect in both groups. Results:The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group,being higher than 72.0% in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,comparing the syndrome scores in both groups with those before treatment,there were significant differences being found(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment in both groups had relatively good effect in improving the clinical symptoms of patients. Comparing the improvements from such aspects as gastric fullness and distention,pain,loose stool,poor appetite,nausea,vomiting and acid regurgitation in-between the two groups,the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P < 0.05);however,comparing the improvements from the aspect of short breath in-between the two groups,there was no significant difference being found(P > 0.05). Conclusion:Xiangcha Huaya tang has significant clinical effect in treating CAG of spleen-stomach deficiency type.
