初探针刺施术中手汗造成滑针的解决方法

The Solution to Slippery Needle Caused by Palm Sweating in Preliminary Needling Manipulation

针刺滑针是针刺操作者的常见现象,尤其是初学者,其中手汗是造成针刺滑针的一个常见因素,即使有着多年临床经验的针灸医师,也常会遇到滑针的情况。笔者查阅近15年的文献及古文献,发现论及手汗造成针刺滑针的文献非常少,因此将自己多年的临床操作体会结合相关科学研究进行综述,以供医学同道参考应用。

Slippery needle in acupuncture is a common phenomenon in acupuncture practitioners,especially beginners,whose palm sweating is a common cause for this. Acupuncturists with many years of clinical experience may also meet slippery needle. After reviewing the literature in the last 15 years as well as ancient literature,the authors found that there was little literature discussing palm sweating inducing slippery needle;therefore,the authors reviewed relevant scientific researches by combining with their own clinical experience accumulated for many years so as to provide medical reference applications.
