知柏地黄汤药膏敷脐治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育临床研究

Clinical Study on Umbilical Ointment Application of Zhibai Dihuang Tang for Simple Premature Thelarche in Girls

目的:观察知柏地黄汤药膏敷脐治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育(PT)的临床疗效。方法:选取100例单纯性PT患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组给予知柏地黄汤药膏敷脐治疗,对照组给予知柏地黄汤口服治疗,2组均治疗3月。比较2组临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)及泌乳素(PRL)水平的变化。结果:经Ridit分析,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组LH基值、FSH基值及E2、PRL水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,对照组LH基值、PRL值和观察组PRL值与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);2组治疗后PRL值比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:知柏地黄汤药膏敷脐对单纯性PT女童性征及部分性激素水平的改善疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of umbilical ointment application of Zhibai Dihuang tang for simple premature thelarche(PT)in girls.Methods:Selected 100 cases of female children with simple PT as subjects and randomly divided them into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the umbilical ointment application of Zhibai Dihuang tang,and the control group was treated with the oral application of Zhibai Dihuang tang.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Compared the clinical effect in the two groups,and observed the changes of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)and prolactin(PRL)in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:According to Ridit analysis,the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences being found in the comparison of LH base values,FSH base values and levels of E2 and PRL between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences being found in the comparison of the LH base value and PRL value in the control group and the PRL value in the observation group between those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05);there was significant difference being found in the comparison of the difference of PRL values between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The umbilical ointment application of Zhibai Dihuang tang has clear curative effect in improving sexual characteristics and part of sex hormones in girls with simple PT.
