参苓白术颗粒联合西医疗法治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Shenling Baizhu Granules Combined with Western Medicine Therapy for Rotavirus Enteritis in Children

目的:观察参苓白术颗粒联合西医疗法治疗脾虚型小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将96例患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各48例。2组均给予口服补液,纠正酸碱平衡、电解质紊乱及饮食调整等对症处理,并给予双歧杆菌三联活菌散和蒙脱石散内服。观察组加用参苓白术颗粒。2组均连续治疗3～6天。每天记录大便次数、大便性质与止泻时间、退热时间和住院时间,观察脾虚型泄泻证候的变化并进行评分。结果:治疗后,观察组的疾病疗效、中医证候疗效均优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组止泻时间、退热时间和住院时间均较对照组缩短(P <0.01)。结论:采用参苓白术颗粒联合西医常规疗法治疗脾虚型小儿轮状病毒性肠炎,在缩短疗程、提高临床疗效方面优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu granules combined with western medicine therapy for rotavirus enteritis of spleen deficiency type in children.Methods:A total of 96 cases of children were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment of fluid infusion orally,correction of acid-base balance and electrolyte disturbance,and diet adjustment,and were given live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus powder and montmorillonite powder orally.The observation group was additionally treated with Shenling Baizhu granules.Both groups were given continuous treatment of three to six days.The fecal frequency,the nature of feces,the time of antidiarrheal,the time of defervescence and the hospitalization time were recorded every day,and the changes of diarrhea syndrome of spleen deficiency type were observed and evaluated.Results:After treatment,the curative effect of the disease and the Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of antidiarrheal,the time of defervescence and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of Shenling Baizhu granules combined with western medicine therapy for rotavirus enteritis of spleen deficiency type in children is superior to that of western medicine alone in shortening the course of treatment and improving the clinical effect.
