舒肝调气针刺法联合西药治疗胃食管反流病55例临床研究

Clinical Study on 55 Cases of Liver-smoothing and Qi-regulating Acupuncture Method Combined with Western Medicine for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的:观察舒肝调气针刺法联合西药治疗胃食管反流病肝胃不和证的临床疗效。方法:将110例胃食管反流病肝胃不和证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组给予舒肝调气针刺法联合西药治疗,2组均连续治疗8周。观察2组治疗前后肝胃不和证症状评分、胃食管反流病问卷(GerdQ)评分的变化,对比2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率90.91%,高于对照组的74.55%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组肝胃不和证症状评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.01);治疗组肝胃不和证症状评分低于对照组(P <0.01)。治疗后,2组GerdQ评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.01);治疗组GerdQ评分低于对照组(P <0.01)。结论:舒肝调气针刺法联合西药治疗胃食管反流病肝胃不和证,可提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of liver-smoothing and qi-regulating acupuncture method combined with western medicine for gastroesophageal reflux disease with disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome.Methods:Divided110 patients of gastroesophageal reflux disease with disharmony of liver stomach syndrome randomly into the treatment group and the control group,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was given liver-smoothing and qi-regulating acupuncture method combined with western medicine.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.Observed the changes of syndrome scores of disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome and scores of gastroesophageal reflux questionnaire(GerdQ)before and after treatment and compared the clinical effect in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,being higher than that of 74.55%in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01);the syndrome score of disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the Gerd Q scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01);the Gerd Q score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of liver-smoothing and qi-regulating acupuncture method combined with western medicine for gastroesophageal reflux disease with disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome can promote the clinical effect.
