蒿芩清胆汤联合穴位按摩辅助治疗老年胆汁反流性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Haoqin Qingdan Tang Combined with Acupoint Massage in Adjuvant Treatment for Bile Reflux Gastritis in Senile Patients

目的:观察蒿芩清胆汤联合穴位按摩辅助治疗老年胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取90例老年胆汁反流性胃炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予铝碳酸镁、多潘立酮治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上辅以蒿芩清胆汤联合穴位按摩治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月。对比2组临床疗效,观察患者中医证候及24 h胆汁总反流时间、单次最长反流时间、24 h反流次数的改善情况,记录不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率观察组91.11%,对照组73.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组上腹痛、饱胀、呕吐、胃灼热评分均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组上腹痛、饱胀、呕吐、胃灼热评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组24 h胆汁总反流时间、单次最长反流时间均较治疗前缩短,24 h反流次数均较治疗前减少,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组24 h胆汁总反流时间、单次最长反流时间均短于对照组,24 h反流次数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率11.11%,对照组不良反应发生率6.67%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:蒿芩清胆汤联合穴位按摩辅助治疗老年胆汁反流性胃炎临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者的胆汁反流症状,用药安全性良好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Haoqin Qingdan tang combined with acupoint massage in adjuvant treatment for bile reflux gastritis in senile patients.Methods:Divided 90 case of senile patients with bile reflux gastritis randomly into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with magnesium aluminum carbonate and domperidone,while the observation group was additionally treated with Haoqin Qingdan tang combined with acupoint massage.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.Compared the clinical effect of the two groups,observed the improvement of Chinese medicine syndromes and total bile reflux time in 24 h,the single longest reflux time,and the reflux times in 24 h of patients,and recorded the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate was 91.11%in the observation group and 73.33%in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of upper abdominal pain,satiety and fullness,vomiting and heartburn in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);the scores of upper abdominal pain,satiety and fullness,vomiting and heartburn in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total bile reflux time in 24 h and the single longest reflux time in the two groups were shorter than those before treatment,and the number of reflux in 24 h of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the total reflux time in 24 h and the single longest reflux time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the number of reflux in 24 h was lower than that of the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was11.11%in the observation group and 6.67%in the control group,compared the two groups,no significant difference being found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Haoqin Qingdan tang combined with acupoint massage in adjuvant treatment for bile reflux gastritis in senile patients has obvious clinical effect,which can effectively improve the bile reflux symptoms of patients.It has good drug safety.
