金鱼外洗方治疗湿滞质异位性皮炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Jinyu Waixi Prescription for Damp-Stagnation Constitution with Atopic Dermatitis

目的:观察金鱼外洗方外用治疗湿滞质异位性皮炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将纳入研究的异位性皮炎患者随机分为2组各30例,2组均给予赛庚啶口服等基础治疗。治疗组在基础治疗上加用金鱼外洗方治疗,对照组则加用高锰酸钾配制溶液外用。观察比较2组治疗前后指标的变化,采用意向性分析(ITT)对各数据进行评价。结果:治疗后,2组瘙痒程度、睡眠状况、皮损面积、皮损严重度、特应性皮炎评分(SCORAD)等分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组睡眠状况、皮损面积、皮损严重度评分前后差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组瘙痒程度、SCORAD评分前后差值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:金鱼外洗方能缓解湿滞质异位性皮炎患者症状,且优于高锰酸钾配制溶液外用,值得临床运用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jinyu Waixi prescription in the topical treatment for damp-stagnation constitution with atopic dermatitis.Methods:The patients with atopic dermatitis included in the study were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatments such as the oral administration of cyproheptadine.The treatment group was additionally treated with Jinyu Waixi prescription based on the basic treatments.The control group was additionally treated with the external application of prepared potassium permanganate solution.The changes of the indexes in the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.All data were evaluated by intention-to-treat(ITT)analysis.Results:After treatment,when compared the degree of itching,the sleep status,the area of skin lesions,the severity of skin lesions and Scoring Atopic Dermatitis(SCORAD)in the two groups with those before treatment respectively,differences were significant(P<0.05).After treatment,when compared the differences in the scores of the sleep status,the area of skin lesions and the severity of skin lesions between the two groups before and after treatment,differences were significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of the differences in the scores of the degree of itching and SCORAD between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jinyu Waixi prescription can relieve the symptoms of the patients of damp-stagnation constitution with atopic dermatitis,which is better than the external application of prepared potassium permanganate solution and is worthy of further clinical application.
