Therapeutic Methods in Chinese Medicine for Hyperplastic Diseases

增生性疾病归属于中医学癥瘕、积聚、痞块等范畴,不同医家及论著对其病因病机及治疗方法有不同的观点与见解,大都认为与虚、气、痰、瘀、毒密切关系。笔者总结中医对增生性疾病的认识及治疗方法,可为其临床防治提供经验指导和理论依据。

Hyperplastic diseases fall into such categories as'zhengjia'(abdominal mass),'jiju'(amassment and accumulation)and'pikuai'(abdominal lump)in Chinese medicine.Despite opinions and understandings on the etiology,pathogenesis and therapeutic methods vary among different medical practitioners and treatises,it is widely acknowledged that hyperplastic diseases are closely related to deficiency,qi,phlegm,stasis and toxin.The author summarizing the understandings and therapeutic methods on hyperplastic diseases in Chinese medicine can provide experience instruction and theoretical reference for the clinical prevention and treatment.
