中医药治疗带状疱疹临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Chinese Medicine for Herpes Zoster

带状疱疹是由潜伏的水痘-带状疱疹病毒(Varicella-zoster virus,VZV)复活引起的一类疾病,属中医学'蛇串疮''缠腰火丹'等范畴。目前西医采用抗病毒、营养神经等方法治疗,但难以取得理想的远期疗效。中医药治疗带状疱疹有特殊方法,内治法如中药汤剂,外治法如透皮给药、电针、刺血、艾灸、火针、特定穴位等。笔者对相关文献进行概述,以期为带状疱疹的治疗提供参考。

Herpes zoster is a disease caused by the reactivation of the latent varicella-zoster virus(VZV),and belongs to the categories of'She Chuan Chuang'and'Chan Yao Huo Dan'(snake-like sores)in Chinese medicine.At present,methods such as antiviral treatment and nutritional therapy for nerves are adopted in western medicine to treat this disease;however,it is difficult to achieve an ideally long-term curative effect.In Chinese medicine,there are special treatments for herpes zoster;for instance,the internal treatment like Chinese herbal decoction,and the external treatment like transdermal delivery,electroacupuncture,moxibustion,fire needling and special points.The authors summarized the relevant literature in order to provide reference for the treatment of herpes zoster.
