心律失常合并焦虑症研究进展

Research Progress on Arrhythmia Complicated with Anxiety

笔者阅读分析了近20年来关于心律失常和焦虑的高质量文献,以探讨心律失常与焦虑症的相关性,论述心律失常合并焦虑症的相关病因病机及临床研究现状。重点讨论心律失常合并焦虑症的治疗方式,包括中西药治疗、针灸、心理干预、生物反馈等。发现给予心律失常病人抗焦虑药物,可改善其心理情绪,有助于心律失常的诊疗。

By reading and analyzing high-quality literature on arrhythmia and anxiety in recent twenty years,the authors elaborated on the relevant etiology,pathogenesis and clinical research status of arrhythmia complicated with anxiety so as to explore the correlation between arrhythmia and anxiety.Emphasis was placed on discussing such treatment methods for arrhythmia complicated with anxiety as Chinese and western medicine treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion,psychological intervention and biofeedback.It has been found that the application of anti-anxiety medicine for patients with arrhythmia can improve their mental state and emotions,which helps the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia.
