解郁安神胶囊联合阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响研究

A Study on Effect of Jieyu Anshen Capsules Combined with Aripiprazole on Cognitive Function in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:观察解郁安神胶囊与阿立哌唑联合治疗精神分裂症患者的效果及对认知功能的影响。方法:将86例精神分裂症患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各43例,对照组给予阿立哌唑,观察组在阿立哌唑基础上使用解郁安神胶囊,对2组患者治疗前后的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分情况、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)和神经心理成套实验中的数字广度实验进行比较。对2组的并发症情况进行比较。结果:治疗前,2组间各项PANSS量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的PANSS量表各条目评分均降低(P <0.05),实验组的降低幅度大于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组间WMS和数字广度实验的得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组WMS和数字广度实验得分均上升(P <0.05),实验组的上升幅度大于对照组(P <0.05)。2组间各项并发症情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:解郁安神胶囊联合阿立哌唑对慢性精神分裂症患者进行治疗,可以改善症状,提高认知功能,安全性良好。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jieyu Anshen capsules combined with aripiprazole for patients with schizophrenia and its effect on the cognitive function.Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with schizophrenia were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aripiprazole,and the observation group was additionally treated with Jieyu Anshen capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of the Positive And Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS),the Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS)and the digit span test in Neuropsychological Test Battery of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The complications in the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,compared each score of PANSS in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,each score of PANSS of patients in the two groups was decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the experiment group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,compared the scores of WMS and the digit span test in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of WMS and the digit span test in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the increase in the experiment group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared the complications in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Jieyu Anshen capsules combined with aripiprazole in treating patients with chronic schizophrenia can improve their symptoms and the cognitive function with good safety.
