妇科千金胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疼痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Fuke Qianjin Capsules for the Pain of the Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察妇科千金胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(SPID)疼痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将89例SPID疼痛患者随机分为观察组43例与对照组46例。观察组给予妇科千金胶囊及康妇炎胶囊模拟剂治疗,对照组给予康妇炎胶囊治疗。治疗后观察临床疗效和安全性。结果:观察组子宫活动受限压痛愈显率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。治疗后,2组各项主要症状及体征评分均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01);观察组子宫活动受限压痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。治疗后,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及中医证候评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:妇科千金胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻型SPID疼痛疗效显著,能缓解患者的疼痛相关症状和体征,尤其在改善子宫活动受限及压痛方面优势明显,安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Fuke Qianjin capsules for the pain of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID)of dampness-heat stasis obstruction type.Methods:A total of 89 cases of patients suffering from the pain of SPID were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 and 46 cases in each group respectively.The observation group was treated with Fuke Qianjin capsules combined with simulant of Kangfuyan capsules,and the control group was treated with Kangfuyan capsules.The clinical effect and the safety were observed after treatment.Results:The cured and markedly effective rates of the limitation of the uterine activity and the tenderness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms and the body signs in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.01);the score of the limitation of the uterine activity and the tenderness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of VAS and the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were deceased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Fuke Qianjin capsules has significant curative effect in treating the pain of SPID of dampness-heat stasis obstruction type,which can relieve the pain-related clinical symptoms of patients,especially in the improvement of the limitation of the uterine activity and the tenderness,and with high safety.
