安坤颗粒防治流产后阴道异常出血临床研究

Clinical Study on Ankun Granules in the Prevention and Treatment for Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding after Abortion

目的:观察安坤颗粒防治流产导致阴道异常出血的临床疗效。方法:将110例药物流产的避孕失败育龄健康女性随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例;2组患者均采用口服米非司酮和米索前列醇片进行药物流产,当孕囊完整排出后,予奥硝唑口服治疗;观察组同时口服安坤颗粒,对照组口服益母草流浸膏;均连续治疗7天;观察记录2组患者阴道持续出血时间,出血量以及不良反应。结果:总有效率观察组为96.4%,对照组为63.7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者阴道出血时间明显短于对照组、出血量明显少于照组,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术后感染率、未完全流产率、不良反应总发生率观察组分别为16.4%、5.5%、25.5%,对照组分别为32.7%、16.4%、54.6%,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。月经失调率观察组为3.6%,对照组为5.5%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:安坤颗粒药物防治流产后阴道出血疗效显著,可明显减少患者出血量,缩短出血时间,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ankun granules in the prevention and treatment for abnormal vaginal bleeding induced by abortion.Methods:Divided 110 cases of healthy women of childbearing age who underwent drug abortion and failed medical contraception randomly into the control group and the observation group,55 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were all treated with the oral application of mifepristone and misoprostol tablets for medical abortion;patients were given oral application of ornidazole when vaginal discharge was completely discharged.The observation group received the oral application of Ankun granules at the same time,and the control group received the oral application of motherwort extract;patients were treated continuously for 7 days.Observed and recorded the duration of bleeding,the amount of bleeding and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.4%in the observation group and 63.7%in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the postoperative vaginal bleeding time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group;the amount of vaginal bleeding was obviously less than that of the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The postoperative infection rate,incomplete abortion rate,and total adverse reaction rate were 16.4%,5.5%,and 25.5%in the observation group and 32.7%,16.4%,and 54.6%in the control group,respectively,compared the two groups,differences being significant(P<0.05).The menstrual disorder rate was 3.6%in the observation group and 5.5%in the control group;there was no significant difference being found in the comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Ankun granules in the prevention and treatment for vaginal bleeding after abortion has obvious curative effect,which can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the bleeding time.It has a low incidence of adverse reactions.
