温阳法治疗肿瘤研究概况

Research Situation of Yang-warming Method for Tumor

肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一,在我国恶性肿瘤已成为第一大死因。现代医学治疗肿瘤虽有一定的疗效,但易耗伤气血,有一定的局限性。中医药治疗肿瘤历史悠久,阳虚阴实是肿瘤发生的关键,阳气的盛衰与肿瘤预后密切相关,故在治疗上中医温阳法应贯穿始终。笔者通过分析肿瘤形成的理论基础,综合温阳药抑制肿瘤发生发展的机理研究,对临床各医家应用温阳法治疗肿瘤的经验和临床应用进行阐述,为临床使用温阳法治疗肿瘤提供理论基础。

Tumor is one of the diseases threatening human health,and malignant tumor has become the biggest cause of death in China.Modern medicine for tumor has certain therapeutic effect,but is easy to consume and damage qi and blood with some limitations.With a long history of Chinese medicine treating tumor,yang deficiency and yin excess is the key to the onset of tumor,the rise and fall of yang qi is closely related to the prognosis of tumor,so the yang-warming method in Chinese medicine should be applied throughout treatment process.By analyzing the theoretical basis of tumor formation and integrating the studies on mechanism of yang-warming medicine in inhabiting the onset and development of tumor,the authors elaborated on the experience and clinical application of medical practitioners adopting yang-warming method in treating tumor,thus to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of yang-warming method for tumor.
