旋覆代赭汤临床研究进展

Progress in Clinical Researches of Xuanfu Daizhe Tang

旋覆代赭汤是临床常用于治疗脾胃虚弱所致痰阻气逆的经典方,对改善糖尿病胃轻瘫、胆汁反流性胃炎、反流性食管炎、呕吐、呃逆、眩晕等疾病的临床症状、体征、镜下病理特征等有明显的优势。为进一步深入了解旋覆代赭汤在上述疾病中的临床疗效,笔者总结分析了其在治疗各类疾病的临床研究现状,为其进一步推广应用提供参考依据。

Xuanfu Daizhe tang is a classic prescription commonly used for spleen-stomach weakness induced by phlegm stasis and qi regurgitating,which has obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms,signs,and pathological signs under microscope of diabetic gastroparesis,bile reflux gastritis,reflux esophagitis,vomiting,hiccup,and dizziness.In order to further understand the clinical effect of Xuanfu Daizhe tang in the above diseases,the authors summarized the present situation of clinical researches on the treatment for various kinds of disease,providing references for its further promotion and application.
