摘要
目的:观察消痤方治疗对寻常型痤疮外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平及免疫状态改变的影响,应用热扫描成像图(TTM)寻找寻常型痤疮患者全身不同部位热效应变化的规律。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测100例寻常型痤疮患者服用消痤方前及服用6周后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平,采用TTM检测100例寻常型痤疮患者服用消痤方治疗前后局部皮损平均温度,采用TTM对随机选出的7例寻常型痤疮患者服用消痤方后进行靶向动态扫描。结果:治疗后,患者的CD3^+、CD4^+T细胞数量均较治疗前增加,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01);治疗前后CD8^+T细胞数量及CD4^+/CD8^+值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,患者的前额、面部、上胸部和上背部皮损区温度均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。患者的各个皮损区热值随着时间的推移进行性下降,前额、面部、上胸部、上背部皮损区不同时段热值均高于其他区位。结论:消痤方治疗寻常型痤疮可改善机体免疫功能紊乱状态,降低患者皮损区平均热值。
Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaocuo prescription on the expression levels of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and the change of immune status and to find the rule of the changes of thermal effect in different parts of the body in patients with acne vulgaris by applying the Thermal Texture Map(TTM).Methods:Before and after taking Xiaocuo prescription for six weeks,the expression levels of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 100 patients with acne vulgaris were detected by flow cytometry respectively.Before and after taking Xiaocuo prescription,the average temperature of local skin lesions were detected by TTM.After taking Xiaocuo prescription,7 patients were randomly selected and were given targeted dynamic scanning by TTM.Results:After treatment,the number of CD3^+and CD4^+T cells was increased when compared with that before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.01);compared with the number of CD8^+T cells and the value of CD4^+/CD8^+before and after treatment,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the temperatures of skin lesions in the forehead,face,upper chest and upper back were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.01).As time went by,the heating value of each lesion area was decreased progressively,and the heating values of forehead,face,upper chest and upper back at different periods were higher than those of other areas.Conclusion:Xiaocuo prescription in treating acne vulgaris can improve the immune dysfunction and reduce the average heating value of skin lesions.
