免疫1号方治疗气阴两虚证干燥综合征临床研究

Clinical Study on Immunity No.1 Prescription for Sjogren Syndrome with Dual Deficiency of Qi and Yin Syndrome

目的:观察免疫1号方治疗气阴两虚证干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例气阴两虚证干燥综合征患者随机分为中医组和对照组,各30例;对照组采用硫酸羟氯喹片治疗,中医组在对照组治疗的基础上加用免疫1号方治疗;2组疗程均为3个月,观察比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、口干津少及目干涩的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、泪液分泌试验情况。结果:总有效率中医组为93.33%,对照组为70.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组眼干、口干、乏力、鼻干、关节疼痛、皮肤干等中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P <0.05);且中医组上述各项积分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组主症口干津少、目干涩的VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.05);且中医组两项评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,泪液分泌试验阳性率中医组为6.67%,对照组为26.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:免疫1号方治疗气阴两虚证干燥综合征疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,恢复泪腺分泌功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of immunity No.1 prescription on sjogren syndrome with dual deficiency of qi and yin syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with sjogren syndrome with dual deficiency of qi and yin syndrome were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,and the Chinese medicine group was additionally treated with immunity No.1 prescription based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three months.The clinical effect,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,the scores of dry mouth,little fluid and dry eyes in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and the results of Schirmer’s test in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was93.33%in the Chinese medicine group and 70.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese syndrome scores including dry eyes,dry mouth,hypodynamia,dry nose,joint pain and dry skin in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the above scores in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms of dry mouth,little fluid and dry eyes in VAS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the above scores in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rate of Schirmer’s test was 6.67%in the Chinese medicine group and 26.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immunity No.1 prescription has significant curative effect in treating sjogren syndrome with dual deficiency of qi and yin syndrome,which can significantly alleviate the symptoms and restore the secretory function of lacrimal gland.
