腹针疗法结合程氏三才针法治疗抑郁症临床研究

Abdominal Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Cheng’s Sancai Acupuncture Method for Depression

目的:观察腹针疗法结合程氏三才针法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将80例抑郁症患者随机分为2组,对照组40例采用腹针疗法治疗;治疗组40例采用腹针疗法结合程氏三才针法治疗,2组每周治疗5次,共治疗8周;观察比较2组治疗后1周、2周、4周、8周汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,并统计2组临床疗效。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为72.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组患者随着治疗时间的增加,抑郁评分均逐渐减低。治疗1周、2周、4周、8周,2组HAMD总分均较治疗前明显下降(P <0.05);且治疗组各时间段的HAMD总分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。HAMD疗效总有效率治疗组为95.0%,对照组为87.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:腹针疗法结合程氏三才针法能够显著降低患者HAMD评分,疗效优于单纯腹针治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture therapy combined with Cheng’s Sancai acupuncture method for depression.Methods:Divided 80 cases of patients with depression into the treatment group and the control group randomly,40 cases in each group.The control group received abdominal acupuncture therapy,while the treatment group receivedabdominal acupuncture therapy combined with Cheng’s Sancai acupuncture method.Both groups were treated 5 times a week for 8 weeks.Observed and compared the scores of Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)in both groups after treatment for 1,2,4 and 8 weeks,and statistically analyzed the clinical effect in both groups.Results:Total effective rate of clinical curative effect was 90.0%in the treatment group and 72.5%in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).As the treatment time accumulated,the scores of depression in both groups were gradually decreased.After treatment for 1,2,4 and 8 weeks,the total scores of HAMD in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the total score of HAMD in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group in each period of time(P<0.05).The total effective rate of HAMD was 95.0%in the treatment group and 87.5%in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture therapy combined with Cheng’s Sancai acupuncture method for depression can significantly decrease the scores of HAMD,which has better therapeutic effect than simple abdominal acupuncture therapy.
