脐针配合特定电磁波治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病伴焦虑临床研究

Clinical Study on Therapy of Nave-Needling Combined with Specific Electromagnetic Wave in the Treatment of Non-Erosive Reflux Disease Complicated with Anxiety

目的:观察脐针配合特定电磁波治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)伴焦虑的的临床疗效。方法:选取76例伴有焦虑的NERD患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组39例和对照组37例。治疗组给予脐针、特定电磁波及兰索拉唑肠溶片治疗,对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片配合兰索拉唑肠溶片治疗。比较2组临床疗效、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、胃食管反流病诊断问卷(RDQ)评分及复发率。结果:总有效率治疗组92.31%,对照组75.68%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗4周和治疗8周后的HAMA评分均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗8周,治疗组HAMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组RDQ评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组RDQ评分比对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。疗程结束后随访3个月,治疗组复发率22.22%,低于对照组的53.57%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:脐针配合特定电磁波加兰索拉唑肠溶片治疗伴有焦虑症状的NERD,疗效优于氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片配合兰索拉唑肠溶片,且复发率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of navel-needling combined with specific electromagnetic wave in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)with anxiety.Methods:A total of 76 NERD patients complicated with anxiety were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table,with 39 and 37 patients in each group respectively.The treatment group was treated with navel-needling combined with specific electromagnetic wave and lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets,while the control group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets.The clinical effect,the score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),the score of Reflux Diagnostic Questionnaire(RDQ)and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.31%in the treatment group,and 75.68%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,HAMA scores in the two groups were decreased at four and eight weeks after treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05).After eight weeks of treatment,the HAMA score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being sig nificant(P<0.05).After treatment,RDQ scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05).The RDQ score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,patients were followed up for three months and the recurrence rate was 22.22%in the treatment group,lower than that of 53.57%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of navel-needling combined with specific electromagnetic wave plus lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets has more significant therapeutic effect in treating patients with NERD complicated with anxiety,which is better than the therapy of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets,and the recurrence rate was low.
