中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性肾功能衰竭恶心呕吐临床研究

Clinical Study on Applying Chinese Herbal Medicine to the Umbilicus Combined with Auricular Point Sticking Therapy for Nausea and Vomiting in Chronic Renal Failure

目的:研究中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性肾功能衰竭恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组各30例,对照组予针对西医原发病治疗及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上结合中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压施治。观察2组治疗前后肾功能指标血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(CCr),及治疗后临床疗效。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组93.3%,对照组76.7%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。经治疗,治疗组SCr降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组CCr均上升,BUN均下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组SCr、BUN、CCr组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性肾功能衰竭恶心呕吐操作简便,对改善肾功能有一定的疗效。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of applying Chinese medicine to the umbilicus combined with auricular point sticking therapy on nausea and vomiting in chronic renal failure.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given treatment of primary disease in western medicine and symptomatic treatment,and the treatment group was additionally given external application with Chinese herbal medicine on the umbilicus and auricular point sticking therapy based on the treatment of the control group.The kidney indexes including serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine clearance rate(CCr)before and after treatment as well as the clinical effect after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 76.7%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05);the curative effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group.After treatment,the SCr in the treatment group was significantly decreased,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The CCr in the two groups was increased while BUN was decreased,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,compared SCr,BUN and CCr in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of applying Chinese medicine to the umbilicus combined with auricular point sticking therapy in treating nausea and vomiting in chronic renal failure is simple to operate,and has certain curative effect in improving renal function.
