和胃安胎膏外敷神阙穴治疗肝胃不和型妊娠剧吐临床研究

Clinical Study on External Application of Hewei Antai Ointment at Shenque Acupoint for Hyperemesis Gravidarum of Liver-stomach Disharmony Type

目的:观察和胃安胎膏外敷神阙穴治疗肝胃不和型妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。方法:将肝胃不和型妊娠剧吐孕妇60例随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组给予单纯补液治疗,治疗组给予补液配合和胃安胎膏外敷神阙穴治疗。2组均以5天为1个疗程,共治疗1~2个疗程。观察比较2组临床疗效、中医证候疗效、呕吐消失时间、尿酮体转阴时间、用药时间、住院时间及安全性评价。结果:总有效率观察组为96.67%,对照组为80.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组中医证候量化分级疗效比较,经秩和检验,观察组明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组呕吐消失时间、尿酮体转阴时间、用药时间以及住院天数均短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗期间2组患者均无明显不良反应,2组患者安全性评级比较,经秩和检验,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:和胃安胎膏外敷神阙穴可以明显改善肝胃不和型妊娠剧吐的临床症状,安全性高,临床疗效肯定。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of external application of Hewei Antai ointment at Shenque acupoint for hyperemesis gravidarum of liver-stomach disharmony type.Methods:Divided 60 cases of pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum of liver-stomach disharmony type randomly into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received simple fluid-supplement treatment,and the treatment group received fluid-supplement combined with the external application of Hewei Antai ointment at Shenque acuoint.5 days as a course of treatment,both groups were treated for 1-2 courses of treatment in total.Compared the clinical effect,Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy,hyperemesis disappearance time,urinary ketone turning negative time,medication time,hospitalization time and safety evaluation in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%in the observation group and 80.00%in the control group,compared the two groups,difference being significant(P<0.05).Compared the Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy of the two groups after rank sum test,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Hyperemesis disappearance time,urinary ketone turning negative time,medication time and the hospitalization days in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the treatment;there were no significant difference being found in the comparison of the safety evaluation ratings of patients in the two groups after rank sum test.Conclusion:The application of the external application of Hewei Antai ointment at Shenque acuoint can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of hyperemesis gravidarum of liver-stomach disharmony type.It has higher safety and obvious clinical effect.
