Discussion on Cytological Characteristics of Anti-Aging Effect of Method of Removing Damaged Tissue and Generating New Tissue Based on Stem Cell Theory of Aging

基于'干细胞衰老'理论,从细胞和分子生物学层面理解活血化瘀之化旧生新法的抗衰防衰的细胞学特性,揭示干细胞衰老、机体衰老与中医抗衰防衰理论的内在关联性,对推动活血化瘀之化旧生新法的临床应用,以及活血化瘀治法理论的完善和发展,均具有一定的指导价值。

B ased on the stem cell theory of aging and from the level of cell and m olecular biology,the cytological characteristics of anti-aging effect of the m ethod of rem oving dam aged tissue and generating new tissue based on activating blood and resolving stasis w ere discussed;the inner relevance am ong stem cells aging,body aging and the anti-aging theory in C hinese m edicine w as revealed.Therefore,there w as som e guiding value for prom oting the clinical application of the m ethod of rem oving dam aged tissue and generating new tissue based on activating blood and resolving stasis,as w ell as im proving the therapeutic theory of activating blood and resolving stasis.
