枣仁安神胶囊联合艾司唑仑片治疗睡眠障碍临床研究

Clinical Study on Zaoren Anshen Capsules Combined with Estazolam Tablets for Sleep Disorders

目的:观察枣仁安神胶囊联合艾司唑仑片治疗睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法:选取睡眠障碍患者98例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组给予艾司唑仑片口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加枣仁安神胶囊口服治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组的75.51%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗2周、4周后,2组PSQI评分较治疗前均显著降低(P <0.05);治疗4周时,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:枣仁安神胶囊联合艾司唑仑片治疗睡眠障碍可以提高临床治疗效果和PSQI评分,患者睡眠质量更高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zaoren Anshen capsules combined with estazolam tablets for sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients with sleep disorders were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group was given the oral administration of estazolam tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with the oral administration of Zaoren Anshen capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect and the change of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93.88%in the observation group,higher than that of 75.51%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment for two and four weeks,the scores of PSQI in the two groups were obviously decreased when compared with those before treatment respectively(P<0.05);after treatment for four weeks,the above score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Zaoren Anshen capsules combined with estazolam tablets for sleep disorders can improve the clinical effect and the score of PSQI as well as the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
