产后康复膏在会阴侧切术顺产产妇产后康复中的应用效果研究

Clinical study of Medicinal Paste of Postpartum Rehabilitation on Postpartum Rehabilitation in Puerperas after Spontaneous Vaginal Delivery with Lateral Episiotomy

目的:观察产后康复膏对会阴侧切术顺产产妇产后康复的促进作用。方法:选取196例采用会阴侧切术顺产的产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组96例和观察组100例。对照组予五加生化胶囊及头孢丙烯片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服产后康复膏。对比2组产后恶露量、血性恶露持续时间、宫缩痛程度及焦虑、抑郁情况。结果:观察组恶露量少于对照组,血性恶露持续时间短于对照组,宫缩痛程度低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05,P <0.01)。治疗后,观察组焦虑、抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:产后康复膏可促进产妇产后恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the promoting effect of medicinal paste of postpartum rehabilitation on postpartum rehabilitation in puerperas after spontaneous vaginal delivery with lateral perineotomy.Methods:A total of 196 cases of puerperas after spontaneous vaginal delivery with lateral perineotomy were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,96 and 100 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with Wujiashenghua capsules and cefprozil tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with medicinal paste of postpartum rehabilitation based on the treatment of the control group.The amount of lochia,duration of lochia rubra,degree of uterus contraction pain,anxiety and depression after delivery in the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the amount of lochia was less than that in the control group,the duration of lochia rubra was shorter than that in the control group,and the degree of uterus contraction pain was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The medicinal paste of postpartum rehabilitation can promote the postpartum rehabilitation for puerperas,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
