茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光间歇照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸临床研究 被引量:4

Clinical Study on Yinzhihuang Granules Combined with Blue-Light Intermittent Irradiation for Pathological Jaundice in Newborns

摘要 目的:观察茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光间歇照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法:选取82例病理性黄疸患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予蓝光间歇照射治疗,观察组在此基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效及症状消失时间、住院时间,观察2组治疗前后血清直接胆红素(DBi)l、间接胆红素(IBi)l和总胆红素(TBi)l水平的变化。结果:总有效率观察组95.12%,对照组80.49%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组症状消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组血清DBil、IBil及TBil水平均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组血清DBil、IBil及TBil水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光间歇照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸,能降低患儿的血清胆红素水平,缩短治疗周期,效果优于单纯使用蓝光间歇照射。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang granules combined with blue-light intermittent irradiation for pathological jaundice in newborns.Methods:A total of 82 cases of newborns with pathological jaundice were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue-light intermittent irradiation,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yinzhihuang granules based on the treatment of the control group.After treatment,the clinical effect,the disappearance time of symptoms and the hospitalization time in the two groups were compared.The changes in the levels of direct bilirubin(DBil),indirect bilirubin(IBil)and total bilirubin(TBil)in serum in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 95.12%in the observation group and80.49%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of DBil,IBil and TBil in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);the above levels in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yinzhihuang granules combined with blue-light intermittent irradiation in treating pathological jaundice in newborns can reduce the level of bilirubin in serum and shorten the treatment cycle,whose effect is superior to that of simple blue-light intermittent irradiation.
