健脾理气汤联合西药治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

Clinical Study on Jianpi Liqi Tang Combined with Western Medicine for Functional Dyspepsia

目的:观察健脾理气汤联合西药治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取120例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予健脾理气汤治疗,2组均治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后的症状积分、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分,记录不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率观察组96.67%,对照组75.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组胃脘痞闷或胀痛、食少纳呆、嗳气呃逆、疲乏无力积分均较治疗前降低(P <0.05),观察组4项症状积分均比对照组降低更明显(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组SF-36评分均较治疗前提升(P <0.05),观察组SF-36评分较对照组升高更明显(P <0.05)。治疗期间,2组均未发生不良反应。结论:健脾理气汤联合西药治疗功能性消化不良疗效满意,安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Liqi tang combined with mosapride citrate capsules for functional dyspepsia.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Liqi tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The clinical effect and the symptom scores as well as the scores of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)were compared before and after treatment in the two groups;the incidence of adverse reaction was recorded.%Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%in the observation group and75.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of stuffiness and oppression or distending pain in the upper abdomen,poor appetite,belching and hiccup,as well as fatigue and asthenia in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of the above four symptom scores in the observation group were more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SF-36 in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase of the above score in the observation group were more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:The therapy of Jianpi Liqi tang combined with western medicine in treating functional dyspepsia has significant curative effect with high safety.
