摘要
由中国人权研究会和中国人权发展基金会主办的、以"中国梦——中国人权事业的新进展"为主题的第七届北京人权论坛于2014年9月17日至18日在北京举行。来自世界30多个国家、地区和国际组织的专家出席论坛。经过研讨,达成若干共识:中国梦的实质是尊重和保障人权;对人权可以有不同解读,应当开展跨文化的人权合作和研究;国家治理、反恐怖主义与人权保障密切相关。
With the theme of 'The Chinese Dream:New Progress in China's Human Rights Cause,'the Seventh Beijing Forum on Human Rights,hosted by China Society for Human Rights Studies and China Foundation for Human Rights Development,was held in Beijing from September 17-18,2014.Experts from more than 30 countries,regions and international organizations attended the forum.A number of common understandings emerged out of the discussions and deliberations and these include:the substance of the Chinese Dream shall consist in respecting and protecting human rights;different understandings may be had of human rights and cross-cultural human rights cooperation and research should be pursued;governance and anti-terrorism on the one hand and human rights protection on the other are intimately related.
