全面推进依法治国中的人权议题——“法治中国与人权”理论研讨会观点综述

Fully Enhancing Human Rights in Rule of Law——A Summary of View points onSeminar on “Rule of Law in China and Human Rights”

由中国人权研究会主办,中国人民大学法学院、中国人民大学人权研究中心承办的"法治中国与人权"理论研讨会于2014年11月14日在苏州举行。40余名与会学者围绕"法治与人权保障""人权的司法保障""人权发展与国家治理""中国特色人权理论与话语体系构建"等议题展开讨论。与会学者共同认为,人权保障与法治建设息息相关,法治的核心始终应该是维护人权。全面保障人权是全面推进依法治国的内在要求和重要任务,应当在全面推进依法治国中全面保障人权。

Hosted by China Society for Human Rights Studies,and organized by the LawSchool and Research Center for Human Rights of Renmin University of China,Seminar on'Rule of Lawin China and Human Rights' was held on Nov. 14,2014 in Suzhou. Over 40 scholars made discussions on the topics like 'Rule of Lawand Human Rights Protection', 'Judicial Guarantee on Human Rights','Human Rights Development and State Governance','Chinese Characteristic Human Rights Theories and Discourse System Construction'. They reached a consensus in the discussion that human rights protection is closely related with the construction of rule of law,which should always take human rights protection as the core. Fully protecting human rights is the inner demand and a crucial task of comprehensively promoting Rule of Law.
