中国特色社会主义人权理论的新探索——“中国人权理论体系研讨会”的观点综述

Comments on the Theoretical System of Socialist Human Rights with Chinese Characteristics

广州大学人权研究院2015年4月12日召开"中国人权理论体系研讨会"。与会专家学者围绕《中国特色社会主义人权理论体系论纲》一文,分别对"人权理论体系的建构"、"人权的本质与属性"、"人权的分类及其相互关系"、"人权实现的原理与机制"以及"人权实现的社会条件"等问题进行了深入的探讨。本文记录了学者们此次研讨会中所阐述的若干重要观点。

The Human Rights Institution,Guangzhou University,held a Seminar on the System of Human Rights Theory in China in Guangzhou on April 12,2015. Experts and scholars present at the seminar had a provoking discussion from different aspects around the book'Theses of the System of Socialist Human Rights Theory with Chinese Characteristics'. These aspects include the construction of the system of human fights theory,the nature and attribute of human rights, classification of human rights and their interrelationship, principles and mechanism for realization of human rights and social condition. This article records some significant points of view addressed by the scholars in the seminar.
