消除贫困 保障人权:共建人类命运共同体——“2018·北京人权论坛”观点综述

Eliminate Poverty and Protect Human Rights to Build a Community of Shared Future for Mankind

由中国人权研究会和中国人权发展基金会共同主办的"2018·北京人权论坛"于2018年9月18-19日在北京举办。来自近50个国家、地区和国际组织的官员、学者和专家就"消除贫困:共建一个没有贫困、共同发展的人类命运共同体"的议题进行了探讨和交流。与会人士肯定了消除贫困对促进人权保障的意义,尤其是对生存权和发展权的推动,以及对特定群体的保护。与会人士分享了中国以及其他国家和地区的减贫经验,讨论了减贫的困难和挑战,并就如何通过国际合作实现互利共赢,构建没有贫困的人类命运共同体提出了建议。此论坛为不同国家、不同领域的嘉宾提供了开放多元的交流平台,促进了消除贫困的理论与实践研究。

The '2018·Beijing Forum on Human Rights' co-sponsored by the China Human Rights Research Association and the China Human Rights Development Foundation w as held in Beijing on September 18-19,2018. Officials, scholars and experts from nearly 50 countries,regions and international organizations have discussed and exchanged on 'eliminating poverty: building a community of human destiny w ithout poverty and common development. ' Participants affirmed the significance of poverty eradication to the promotion of human rights protection,especially the promotion of the right to life and development,as w ell as the protection of specific groups. Participants shared experiences on poverty reduction in China and other countries and regions,discussed the difficulties and challenges of poverty reduction,and made recommendations on how to achieve mutual benefit and w in-w in through international cooperation and build a community of human destiny w ithout poverty. This forum provides an open and diverse communication platform for guests from different countries and different fields,and promotes theoretical and practical research on poverty eradication.
