张家维教授针灸治痹效验

The Experience of ZHANG Jia-wei Treating Arthralgia with Acupuncture

痹证为针灸科的常见病种 ,常见的治法为以近部与循经取穴为主 ,辅以阿是穴 ,但疗效有时不是很令人满意 ,张家维教授在长期的医疗实践中 ,结合传统的理论知识与方法 ,并参考一些现代的神经定位技术 ,在临床上治疗痹证往往能收到较好的效果 ,笔者对其经验进行总结。

Arthralgia is an ordinary disease in acupuncture faculty.The familiar treating method is choosing some near part and channel points,adding Arshi points.But sometimes the effect is not very good. Professor Zhang combine some traditional therapeutic principle,consult some modern anatomy and nerve orientation technique and make better effects in treating anatomy.
