中药复方治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的研究进展

Overview of Chinese Medicine Compound Formulas in Treating Coronary Cardiopathy Induced Angina with Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis Type

整理了近年来的常用传统中药复方、现代复方制剂治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的概况。结果显示:治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的总的治则为益气活血化瘀;治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的传统中药复方有补气活血化瘀、健脾益气活血、温阳益气活血类方,代表方分别为补阳还五汤、保元汤、参芪四物汤、血府逐瘀汤,四君子汤、归脾汤,四逆汤、益气温阳通痹汤;治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的现代复方制剂主要有养心氏片、稳心颗粒、参松养心胶囊、芪参胶囊、芪苈强心胶囊、通心络胶囊、参附注射液等。

The general overview of Chinese medicine compound formulas in treating coronary cardiopathy inducedangina with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type was reviewed. The results showed that the therapeutic principle forcoronary cardiopathy induced angina with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type is tonifying Qi,activating blood andresolving stasis;the Chinese medicine compound formulas for coronary cardiopathy induced angina with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type can be classified into recipes for tonifying Qi,activating blood and resolving stasis(corresponding representative recipes being Buyang Huanwu Decoction, Baoyuan Decoction, Shenqi Siwu Decoction, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction), recipes for strengthening spleen, tonifying Qi and activating blood(corresponding representative recipes being Sijunzi Decoction and Guipi Decoction), and recipes for warmingyang, tonifying Qi and activating blood(corresponding representative recipes being Sini Decoction and Yiqi Wenyang Tongbi Decoction);the modern Chinese medicine patents for coronary cardiopathy induced angina withQi-deficiency and blood-stasis type are Yangxinshi Tablets, Wenxin Granules, Shensong Yangxin Capsules,Qishen Capsules,Qili Qiangxin Capsules,Tongxinluo Capusles,Shenfu Injection,etc.
