蛋白质组学技术及其在中医药治疗骨质疏松症研究的应用进展

Progress of Proteomics Technology and Its Application in Research of Osteoporosis Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

综述近年来蛋白质组学技术的发展及其在中医药治疗骨质疏松症中的运用概况。蛋白质组学常用技术包括蛋白质分离技术、蛋白质鉴定技术及生物信息学技术。蛋白质组学技术主要用于单味中药、中药复方及针刺治疗骨质疏松症的疗效机制研究,并已取得一定的进展。认为蛋白质组学技术将在骨质疏松症的证候分型与蛋白质的相关性研究、骨质疏松早期预防和诊断与及时治疗以及中医药治疗骨质疏松症的蛋白质水平作用途径研究中具有广阔的应用前景。

The progress of proteomics technology and its application in the research of osteoporosis treated with traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed. The proteomics technology included protein separation technology,protein identification technology,and bioinformatics technology. Proteomics technology was now mainly used forthe study of therapeutic mechanism of single herb, compound herbal recipe and acupuncture in treatingosteoporosis,and certain progress has been achieved. It is indicated that proteomics technology will have broadprospects in the research of correlation of syndrome differentiation of osteoporosis with proteins,early preventionand diagnosis and treatment, and protein therapeutic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treatingosteoporosis.
