甘桔二冬汤治疗糖尿病便秘的临床研究

Clinical Study on Diabetic Constipation Treated with Ganju Erdong Decoction

【目的】观察甘桔二冬汤治疗糖尿病便秘(肺热津伤型)的临床疗效。【方法】将60例糖尿病便秘(肺热津伤型)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。2组患者均给予常规口服降糖药或胰岛素等基础治疗,治疗组同时给予甘桔二冬汤治疗,对照组同时给予服用枸椽酸莫沙必利片治疗,疗程14 d。观察2组患者治疗前后排便间隔时间、每次排便时间、每周排便次数的变化情况,并评价2组患者的疗效。【结果】(1)治疗14 d后,治疗组的总有效率为90.0%,对照组为53.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的排便间隔时间、每次排便时间、每周排便次数均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】甘桔二冬汤治疗糖尿病便秘具有较好疗效,可显著改善患者便秘症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ganju Erdong Decoction for the treatment of diabetic constipation with the syndrome of lung heat resulting into body fluid consumption.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The two groups were given basic treatment with oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin,and additionally the control group was treated with Mosapride Citrate Tablets orally and the treatment group was given oral use of Ganju Erdong Decoction.The treatment for the two groups lasted 14 days.Before and after treatment,time interval of the defecation,time for each defecation,and defecation frequency per week were observed.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results(1)After treatment for 14 days,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and was superior to 53.3%in the control group,the difference between the two groups being significant(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,time interval of the defecation,time for each defecation,and defecation frequency per week in the two groups were much improved(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganju Erdong Decoction exerts certain effect for the treatment of diabetic constipation with the syndrome of lung heat resulting into body fluid consumption,and it can significantly relieve constipation symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients.
