落地生根茎水提液对穿心莲种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Water Extract from Stem of Herba Seu Radix Bryophylli Pinnati on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Herba Andrographitis

【目的】观察落地生根茎水提液对穿心莲种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。【方法】用不同浓度(体积分数为20%、40%、60%、80%、100%)落地生根茎水提液对穿心莲种子和幼苗进行处理,测定穿心莲种子的发芽率、发芽势,穿心莲幼苗的过氧化物酶(POD)活性、鲜质量、根长、茎长,以及植株鲜质量、根冠比及其第1对真叶叶长、叶宽、叶绿素含量和含氮量等指标。【结果】浓度为60%~80%的落地生根茎水提液可促进穿心莲种子萌发;各浓度(20%、40%、60%、80%、100%)落地生根茎水提液均可促进幼苗的根、茎及鲜质量的增加,其中浓度80%落地生根茎水提液的效果最明显;各浓度的落地生根茎提取液均会抑制穿心莲幼苗POD酶活性;浓度40%的落地生根茎水提液可增加植株叶片的面积、叶绿素含量和含氮量。【结论】落地生根茎水提液在一定浓度范围内能促进穿心莲的种子萌发和幼苗生长。

Objective To observe the effect of water extract from the stem of Herba Seu Radix Bryophylli Pinnati on the seed germination and seedling growth of Herba Andrographitis.Methods The seeds and seedlings of Herba Andrographitis were intervened by different concentrations(volume fraction 20%,40%,60%,80%,100%)of water extract from the stem of Herba Seu Radix Bryophylli Pinnati.Germination rate and germination potential of Herba Andrographitis seeds,the activity of peroxidase(POD),fresh weight,root length,and stem length of Herba Andrographitis seedlings,fresh weight and root-shoot ratio of Herba Andrographitis plant,and the leaf length,leaf width,chlorophyll content and nitrogen content of the first pair of leaves of Herba Andrographitis were measured.Results 60%and 80%concentrations of water extract from the stem of Herba Seu Radix Bryophylli Pinnati could increase the seed germination of Herba Andrographitis.Various concentrations(20%,40%,60%,80%,100%)of water extract from the stem of Herba Seu Radix Bryophylli Pinnati could promote seedling root and stem growth,and the increase of fresh weight,especially for 80%concentration.Various concentrations of the water extract could inhibit the activity of POD.The water extract at concentration of 40%could increase the area of plant leaf blade,chlorophyll content and nitrogen content.Conclusion The water extract from the stem of Herba Seu Radix Bryophylli Pinnati at certain concentrations has effect on promoting the seed germination and seedling growth of Herba Andrographitis.
