论《灵枢·终始》理论在针灸临床处方选穴中的运用

Application of Theory of Ling Shu Shi Zhong for Acupoint Selection of Clinical Acupuncture Prescription

探讨《灵枢·终始》篇中关于寸口人迎脉法的具体运用。主要从以下6个方面进行阐述:①寸口人迎脉的具体位置;②寸口人迎脉法指导辨证分经;③寸口人迎脉法指导临床选穴;④补、泻、导法的临床运用;⑤寸口人迎脉法判断临床疗效;⑥验案举例。针灸临床治疗疾病时以寸口人迎脉法为指导可以达到取穴少而效专力宏的效果。《灵枢·终始》篇具有重要的临床意义。

In this paper,we discussed the application of Cunkou and Renying pulse diagnosis in Ling Shu Zhong Shi a chapter in the Spiritual Pivot of Huangdi’s Cannon of Medicine,mainly talking about the acupuncture methods and acupuncture contraindications.The discussion was introduced from following 6 aspects:(1)the exactlocation of Cunkou and Renying pulse diagnosis,(2)Cunkou and Renying pulse diagnosis guiding merldian andsyndrome differentiation,(3)Cunkou and Renying pulse diagnosis guiding clinical acupoint selection,(4)theclinical application of invigoration,purgation,inducing defecation therapy,(5)Cunkou and Renying pulsediagnosis estimating clinical effect,(6)the illustration by one proved case.By the guidance of the theory of Cunkou and Renying pulse diagnosis,specific and potent effect of acupuncture can be achieved by the use of feweracupoints.Ling Shu Zhong Shi is of important clinical significance.
