摘要
【目的】通过Meta分析系统评价浮针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。【方法】采用计算机全面检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library等数据库中有关浮针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的相关文献。经筛选、质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。【结果】最终纳入21个研究,共1 517例,Meta分析结果显示:与对照组相比,浮针能有效治疗肱骨外上髁炎[OR=6.67,95%CI(4.35,10.25),P <0.000 01],疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)明显降低[WMD=-1.29,95%CI(-1.59,-1.00),P <0.000 01]。【结论】浮针可有效治疗肱骨外上髁炎,缓解肱骨外上髁炎患者的疼痛。但受纳入研究质量所限,本结论仍需要更多的高质量研究予以验证。
Objective To systematically review the effect of floating needle for the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis by Meta-analysis.Methods The literatures for floating needle in treating external humeral epicondylitis were retrieved in databases such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,and then the data were screened for the quality evaluation and Meta-analysis with RevMan 5.3.Results A total of 21 studies involved with 1517 cases were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that floating needle is effective for treating external humeral epicondylitis[OR=6.67,95%CI(4.35,10.25),P<0.00001)]and significantly decreasing the visual analogue score of pain(VAS)[WMD=-1.29,95%CI(-1.59,-1.00),P<0.000 01]as compared with those of the control group.Conclusion Floating needle can effectively treat external humerus epicondylitis and relieve the pain.However,due to the quality of the included study was limitted,this conclusion still needs to be verified by more high-quality researches.
