有机硅-丙烯酸酯共聚物防粘性能的研究

The study on releasing properties of silicone-acrylate copolymer

采用种子乳液聚合法制备了有机硅一丙烯酸酯共聚物。以该聚合物乳液作为防粘剂,研究了共聚物中各组分含量对剥离力和剩余粘合力的影响,并以紫外光照射加速老化实验。结果表明,这种有机硅一丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液是一种性能优异的防粘剂。

A siliconeacrylate copolymer was synthesized by using seed emulsion polymerization. When the copolymer emulsions were acted as releasing agents,the influences of contents of compositions in the copolymer on peeling force and residual adhesion force were discussed, and releasing properties of copolymers were studied after UV irradiation. The results proved that the copolymer was a kind of releasing agent with excellent properties.
