摘要
采用电化学氧化法代替传统的氧化剂,对淀粉粘合剂的制备条件及其机理进行探讨。讨论了各种条件:电解质的浓度、电解液的酸碱性、电流密度、电量及时间、电解液的温度等对淀粉氧化程度的影响规律.用本法制备的淀粉粘合剂中药品残留量少、胶液稳定,成本低,污染物少,是一种"绿色"的化学合成工艺。
In the thesis by electrochemical oxidant instead of traditional oxidizer the preparing conditions and mechanism of starch adhesive are researched, Lots of conditions are discussed: the concentration of electrolyte, the acidity and alkalinity of electrolyte, the density of current, the electron's quantity and time, and temperature, which affect on the oxidation degrees of starch. the electrochemical oxidation method has many davantages, such as low medical remainder, steady, low cost, a little pollution etc. It is a 'green' chemistry technique.
