高渗氯化钠液治疗创伤出血性休克临床研究及应用

Clinical Investigation and Use of Hypertonic NaCl Solution in the Treatmeat of Traumatic Shock

在20例手术病人中试用7.5％NaCl溶液2ml/kg或4ml/kg,见到血浆渗量、钠浓度和收缩期血压都适度升高,用于42例创伤休克病人中,收缩期血压都有不同程度的升高和脉搏减慢,36例成活,余6例死于未能控制失血。作者认为高渗氯化钠可作为抗休克治疗的一种有力措施。

Hypertonic(7.5%)NaCl solution 2ml/kg or 4ml/kg was infused in 20 cases of operative patients. appropriate increase in seram osmolality, sodium concentration and systolic blood pressure were noticed. In 42 cases of traumatic shock, after same dosage of 7.5% NaCl was infused, as previously mentioned, systolic blood pressure rasied 1.33--6. 67kPa, pulse rate de- creased to 100 bpm. In this series, 36 patients survived, the remaining 6 patients died due to uncontrollable bleeding. Authors recommanded that it might be a potent adjunct of antishock therapy.
